There is a very small book in the Old Testament which
carries a very large verse, a life changing verse, that
sets my feet to dancing!
'The Lord your God is in the midst,
a mighty one who will save;
He will rejoice over you with gladness,
He will quiet you by his love;
He will exult over you with loud singing.'
Within this tiny verse are four promises:

- He is mighty to save
- He will rejoice over you with gladness
- He will quiet you with His love
- He will exult over you with loud singing
'To exult" has in it the idea of leaping for joy, dancing,
to rejoice in triumph in success or victory. It is done
noisily.
God is our 'victorious indwelling' and He is going
to bring us through. He has won the victory over
sin, death and the devil. He is our triumphant God.
He is wild with love over you, exuberant, noisy
love.
Oh, reader, what a God we serve!
