The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that
we are children of God. Romans 8:16
The Spirit of God witnesses to the redemption of
our Lord, and to nothing else. If we are trying to
make Him witness to our reason, it is no wonder
that we are in darkness and uncertainty. Throw it
all overboard, trust in Him, and He will give you
the witness of the Spirit. (OC)

Is it by the Word of God--see Romans 10: 9, 10)
and the witness of the Spirit of God who dwells
within, or is it by feeling and "I hope so?" Now
is the time to place your salvation on a sure peg.
