The victory!

But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory
through our Lord Jesus Christ. (1Cor 5:17)

'We must be careful of any counterfeit victory.
Victory which you must achieve by working
for it, is counterfeit.

Victory gained by a gradual conquest over evil,
getting one sin out after another out of our life,
like pulling weeds out of our garden, is likewise
counterfeit.

We enter into victory when we enter into Christ.
We only begin to grow as God desires after we
have entered into His victory. In real victory,
Christ does it all.

We do not dare to help. When the Lord Jesus
by the Holy Spirit works in our life to give us
victory, it is a miracle every time. If it is not a
miracle, it is not victory.
